Winemaking
Harvested mainly at night to preserve aromatic freshness. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then cold-settled for 3 days. Vinified in stainless steel tanks for 3–4 weeks and aged on fine lees, with 5% of the blend aged in 500L barrels and regularly stirred.

Beautiful pale robe with hints of green and gold.
An expressive yet delicate nose combining floral notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, and bergamot, with a touch of orange zest.
The palate is generous and balanced by the freshness of high-altitude terroirs, a hallmark of remarkable minerality. Notes of tangy fruits, grapefruit, and a hint of soft spice emerge.
A lingering finish enhanced by a well-controlled tension.
Food & Wine Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, with mediterranean sea bass « en papillote » and fennel, fresh ginger. a perfect match for a fine cheese platter.
