Hand-harvested with two passes in certain plots and a second sorting in the cellar. Whole-bunch pressing, cold settling, and vinification of the finest press juices. Aged in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, with carefully controlled use of oak to preserve the freshness of the terroir and grape varieties.

Beautiful pale pink hue with subtle peach undertones.
The nose opens intensely with aromas of raspberry and wild berries, lifted by floral notes reminiscent of spring blossoms. In the background, delicate hints of vanilla and toasted bread enrich the bouquet, a sign of perfectly integrated oak ageing.
The palate is refined and indulgent, revealing a lovely tension. The balance between freshness and generosity defines an airy, structured wine with great finesse.
