Meticulously hand-picked grapes, some parcels were picked in two times. Manual sorting directly on the bunch and in the winery. Cold pressing and settling. Aged in stainless steel tanks, large format vats and 225l and 500l barrels of which new oak is used.

Tasting Notes
Bright, pale eau-de-rose color with hints of vine peach. The nose reveals intense aromas of wild berries such as raspberry and spring flowers. Notes of vanilla and toast delicately enrich the bouquet. The palate is greedy and fruity. It’s an airy wine, chiselled and full of finesse. The balance between freshness and generosity is the keyword.
Food & Wine Pairing
This gastronomic rosé is the perfect accompaniment to gourmet dishes such as tajine of langoustines with saffron, or five-spice marinated pork with confit seasonal vegetables.
